Ceyda Öztabak 

 

Ceyda completed her undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London, graduating with first class honours. She obtained her Masters of Science in the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health, with a distinction, from King’s College London. During this period, she conducted research related to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in children and also self-harm in adolescents.

Ceyda spent two years as a Research Assistant at the University of London, Department of Psychology, focusing on identifying and treating anxiety disorders. She also worked as part of the assessment and therapy team at a drop-in addiction centre in London.

For the past five years Ceyda has been working with individuals with a wide range of difficulties. She has experience of general adult, adolescent and child mental health services. She specialises in the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to treat a variety of different mental health conditions; including depression, anxiety, self-harm, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and panic disorder.
